Paw & Tail does not provide pet care services directly and does not employ Service Providers. We act solely as a technology platform to facilitate discovery, communication, bookings, and payments.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. User Accounts
Users and Service Providers may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to update your information promptly if there are changes.
Paw & Tail reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. Service Providers
- Service Providers are independent professionals or entities.
- Listings on the Platform may be free, with optional paid features such as profile boosts or promotions.
- Service Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, qualifications, licenses, and services.
- Paw & Tail does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any service.
5. Bookings, Consultations & Payments
- Bookings and tele-consultations are facilitated through the Platform.
- Payments may be processed via third-party payment gateways.
- Paw & Tail does not store sensitive payment information.
- Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are subject to the applicable Payment & Refund Policy.
6. User Responsibilities
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
- Do not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform.
- Do not post false, misleading, abusive, or harmful content.
- Respect the rights and safety of Service Providers and other Users.
7. Reviews & Content
Users may submit reviews, feedback, or other content. By submitting content, you grant Paw & Tail a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and distribute such content for Platform purposes.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Paw & Tail shall not be liable for:
- Acts, omissions, or conduct of Service Providers or Users
- Any injury, loss, damage, or dispute arising from pet care services
- Service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you to Paw & Tail for the specific transaction, if any.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paw & Tail, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of Paw & Tail or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
